Vintage Workout Timer is a retro-themed workout and interval timer with workout plans, a stopwatch, and countdown timers for Android and iOS devices.
The app stores workout plans, exercise names, durations, groups, repetitions, and countdown presets locally on your device. We cannot access this information, and it is never uploaded to us or to any server. Uninstalling the app removes this locally stored information.
The iOS version does not display advertising and does not collect personal data. It does not require an account, sign-in, or access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location.
The Android version is free and displays a banner advertisement using Google AdMob. Google's Mobile Ads SDK may process device and advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, and basic device or usage information to serve and measure ads.

Where required, the Android version uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request advertising consent. Your advertising choices are handled by Google and your device settings.
At startup, the app downloads a small public file to check whether a newer version is available. The request does not include your workout plans, timer settings, name, email address, or other personal information. On Android, internet access is also used to load the AdMob banner.
We do not request or collect your name, email address, account credentials, precise location, contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone data, health records, payment information, or workout plans. The app has no account system and no in-app purchases.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Because workout and timer data stays only on your device and we hold no copy, you can remove it by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app. For Android advertising data, you can manage consent through Google's consent options and your device advertising settings.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app, third-party services, or legal requirements. Changes become effective when published on this page.
