Vintage Workout Timer is a retro-themed workout and interval timer with workout plans, a stopwatch, and countdown timers for Android and iOS devices.
The app stores workout plans, exercise names, durations, groups, repetitions, and countdown presets locally on your device. We cannot access this information, and it is never uploaded to us or to any server. Uninstalling the app removes this locally stored information.
The app is free and displays a banner advertisement using Google AdMob. Google's Mobile Ads SDK may process an IP address to estimate a device's general location, device or advertising identifiers where available, advertising data, app interactions, crash logs, and performance information to serve, measure, protect, and improve advertising.

Where required, both platforms use Google's User Messaging Platform to request advertising consent. A visible PRIVACY control is provided when Google requires a privacy-options entry point, allowing users to review or change their choice.
The iOS version does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not send the IDFA in ad requests. Ads may still be served without the IDFA.
Internet access is used to load the AdMob banner. On Android, the app also downloads a small public file at startup to check whether a newer version is available. These requests do not include your workout plans, timer settings, name, email address, or other information entered in the app.
We do not request or collect your name, email address, account credentials, precise location, contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone data, health records, payment information, or workout plans. The app has no account system and no in-app purchases. Advertising data is processed by Google as described above, not stored or accessed by us directly.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Because workout and timer data stays only on your device and we hold no copy, you can remove it by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app. You can manage advertising consent through the in-app privacy options when available and through your device's advertising and privacy settings.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app, third-party services, or legal requirements. Changes become effective when published on this page.
